Hello!

John Normoyle is the founder of Content Joinery, LLC, a San Francisco Bay Area content strategy firm. Content Joinery specializes in designing content programs that resonate with audiences and aims to keep clients at the pinnacle of marketing while moving the needle for their business.

As a digital native with a computer systems engineering background, John has leveraged technology to build breakthrough marketing throughout his career—from pioneering social media fundraising at the Clinton Foundation to developing revenue-driving ad products at Meta. Today, he applies that same technological fluency to generative AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, dramatically accelerating research and insights while maintaining the strategic judgment that comes from 20 years across agencies and platforms.

John recognized early in his career that he had a passion for helping people identify their visions and goals through prioritizing, planning, and, most importantly, communicating—and technology has always been central to how he delivers results.

John prides himself on creating a long-lasting footprint with each client. Content Joinery was founded on this principle. In choosing the name Joinery, John emphasized that establishing a foundation and framework is critical to any program's success.

Before founding Content Joinery, John was a design leader at Meta. Before Meta, John was Co-Founder and CMO of a home care startup, and led strategy teams in public relations, advertising, and direct marketing agencies. John's clients include Google, AT&T, Visa, Merck, and Oreo, to name a few.

John holds a B.Sc. in Computer Systems from the University of Limerick, Ireland, where he was born, and an M.Sc. in Strategic Communications from Columbia University, New York City. John lives in Sausalito, California.
